No one from the “Occupy Des Moines” group that gathered on the statehouse grounds this evening is in jail at this hour. When the clock struck 11 p.m., the group decided to march around the cross-walks on the street beside the state capitol grounds and then stand on the city sidewalk across the street — thereby avoiding arrest for trespassing on the state capitol grounds after the 11 o’clock curfew.
