Minnesota Congresswoman Michele Bachmann just told the audience watching tonight’s debate on CNN that she pulled the trigger today and filed the paperwork to formally become a candidate for president. She intends to make her formal announcement in Waterloo, Iowa.
Sources on the ground report state senator Kent Sorenson, Bachmann’s point person in Iowa, is in New Hampshire tonight, apparently to work the “spin room” after the debate.
