A video camera positioned in the balcony of the Iowa House caught a converation among a group of Iowa House members, a conversation that veered from the current bill being debated (about labor laws) to another that would change Iowa’s gun laws. Let’s just say a high-ranking Republican in the House has come up with a new catch-phrase for the legislationl — the “give-a-handgun-to-a-schizophrenic” bill.
