Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee, who won the 2008 Iowa Caucuses, returned in November of 2008, as part of his book tour. Huckabee was back in Iowa in November of 2009, as part of his next book tour. Now, in November of 2010, Huckabee will be back in Iowa. Politico had the details in its Morning Score.
