The Republican Party of Iowa (RPI) organized a “legislative kickoff breakfast” this morning at 7 a.m. Danielle Plogmann, RPI’s communications director, emailed on Sunday night that the event would be “closed to the media” so the public would not be able to see or hear what was said. However, this afternoon, Plogmann emailed out a YouTube video of RPI Chairman Matt Strawn’s remarks.
