Gordon R. Fischer To the Obama Administration: I am humbly requesting a meeting with Chief Techno. Officer for the White House’s Office of Science & Techno. Policy, Mr. Aneesh Chopra. So far, my requests have been met with . . . silence. If you can help at all, or even if you will just tell me, "no way!"
