Governor Chet Culver held a bill signing ceremony in the lieutenant governor's office this afternoon and, after the ceremony was over, Culver invited questions from statehouse reporters in the room. Here is about eight and a half minutes of audio featuring questions from reporters and Culver's answers on the topic of gay marriage.
