Here's the Radio Iowa story, with a breakdown on how Governor Culver envisions the $750 million he wants the state to borrow would be spent. Culver's staff has created a logo for their "I-Jobs" proposal. They also created a PowerPoint presentation (download .ppt file) and had a flat screen at the front of the room to run it, but the power point either didn't work, or deputy chief of staff Phil Roeder (who was manning the laptop) decided not to run it.
