Congressman Steve King (R-IA) was among the speakers at today's "March for Life" rally in Washington, D.C. to mark the 36rd anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision. Here's video of a portion of King's remarks.
"At what instant does life begin?" King asked the crowd at one point.
"Conception," the crowd shouted back.
"And the next question is: President Obama, when did your life begin?" King said. The crowd cheered and clapped.
