Obama cancels Cedar Rapids appearance

This statement just released by Obama campaign:

U.S. Senator Barack Obama’s  trip to Cedar Rapids tomorrow, Wednesday, June 11, has been cancelled due to the floods.  After talking to Governor Culver’s staff, the Obama campaign wanted to ensure that no resources were diverted away from Iowans devastated by the floods. The Obama Campaign is encouraging all Iowans who need assistance to call the Iowa Concern hotline at (800) 447-1985
