Nebaska Senator Chuck Hagel announced this morning in Omaha that he hasn’t decided whether to run for president. (New York Times blog has text of Hagel’s remarks.) Hagel was asked during the news conference about the remark Iowa GOP executive director Chuck Laudner made to Politico reporter Jonathan Martin about Hagel being an anti-war Republican candidate. "I don’t know what constituency he’d be looking for,” said Chuck Laudner, executive director of the Iowa Republican Party. “To be the anti-war Republican?
