According to the notice for tomorrow’s Senate Ways & Means subcommittee meeting on a bill that would increase the cigarette tax, the meeting will be held in the "Smoking Room." Smoking is not permitted in that room anymore, but for a few years it was among the last kubby holes in the capitol set aside for smokers.
