Conlin aide tells AP: next week

The Associated Press is running a story indicating Des Moines attorney Roxanne Conlin has moved from “leaning heavily” to “will file” to run for the U.S. Senate.  Conlin, a Democrat, would face two other Democrats who announced this summer they’d run for their party’s nomination for one of Iowa’s U.S. Senate seats — a chance to face-off next November against Republican Senator Chuck Grassley.  Grassley is seeking a sixth term in the U.S. Senate.
